Mindfulness Retreat Days and workshops are offered to provide you with the opportunity to take a break from your usual commitments and obligations. You will have an opportunity to immerse yourself in healing and relaxing practices designed to nurture and replenish your body and mind, all within a supportive and safe environment.

This mindfulness retreat will offer you a chance to reconnect with yourself through mindfulness meditation, yoga and relaxation practices.
Feel free to bring your own yoga mat. We will maintain social silence throughout the workshop.
