Silent Retreat days and workshops are offered on a seasonal basis to provide you with the opportunity to take a break from your usual routine.
Away from commitments and obligations, you will immerse yourself in healing and relaxing practices designed to nurture and replenish your body and mind,all within a supportive and safe environment.
**Note that these retreat days are reserved for participants of the Mindfulness Based Stress Management Program.
**Retreat days open to the general public are offered as well.
