Increased levels of job stress and the perception of having little control but lots of demands have been demonstrated to be associated with increased rates of heart attack, hypertension, anxiety, depression and other disorders.

"I want to thank you for your presentation which we all really appreciated and enjoyed. We were really struck by your presence and by what you had to say. I have to say I have already had the opportunity to actively put all of your words into action. It was truly helpful and I am so grateful for the instruction. Thank you for everything!"
